1 General Terms

jwi7 is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, sports betting and slot games for players in Bangladesh. These terms form a legal agreement between jwi7 and its users.

3 Account Registration

Creating a personal account is mandatory to play on the jwi7 platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being cancelled and balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

• You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.
• Transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

3.3 Information Verification

jwi7 may at any time, as part of the KYC process, request proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount on jwi7 is ৳500, which applies to all payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami and Sonali Bank)

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• Funds related to a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, jwi7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals.
• If fraudulent activity is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning you must wager 25 times the total of the bonus and deposit amount before withdrawing.

5.2 Wagering Terms

• Some games may contribute at a different rate than others when counting towards wagering requirements.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• There may be a maximum bet limit while playing with a bonus balance.

5.3 VIP Program

The jwi7 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through continued active participation. The detailed terms of each individual bonus offer apply.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jwi7 reserves the right to detect bonus abuse (arbitrage, bonus hunting, collusion, etc.). If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6 Game Rules

The outcome of all games available on the jwi7 platform is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer system. All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 General Game Rules

• Each game has specific rules that are displayed in the game interface.
• If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In any game-related dispute, jwi7's system logs will be considered as final evidence.
• jwi7 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection interruptions.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on sports including cricket, football and badminton, you must follow the set odds and rules. Odds may change due to result changes during a match.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jwi7 platform:

• Fraud, deception or providing false information.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Collusion or conspiracy with other players.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Use of hateful, obscene or abusive language.

Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account cancellation, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by User

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Available balances may be withdrawn subject to applicable wagering requirements before the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension by jwi7

jwi7 may suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Being proven to be a minor.
• Voluntary self-exclusion at the user's own request (self-exclusion).

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact jwi7's support team first. Our team will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Provide the relevant transaction ID, time, and any other related information.
3. Our team will investigate and inform you of the decision.

In disputes regarding game results, server logs and RNG records will be considered as final evidence.

12 Right to Modify Terms

jwi7 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account.
